50 years old actress and businesswoman Gwyneth Paltrow is one of those superstars of Hollywood who don’t hide their “Secret of Beauty”.
The actress always talks openly about a healthy lifestyle and she often gives advice to her followers on social networks.
Despite the fact that she considers alcohol and sweets as one of the biggest threats to health, she admits that she cannot say no to them and often has “Cheat days” when for example she eats sweets.
The American actress usually drinks orange juice or other kinds of fresh juice in the mornings. She often skips breakfast and prepares lunch at approximately 1 PM.
“I am always trying to get enough protein and eat a very small amount of grains and sweets. I often eat meals that contain chicken. I love pasta, which I often prepare for children. A salad of vegetables or a burger with turkey meat is also brilliant for lunch.”
Gwyneth gets tea and dessert after the afternoon. As she says, she does not eat much during the day, but she eats the most delicious food at dinner.
“Everyone has a different timetable in our family, so we eat late. At this time, I eat whatever I want: spaghetti, melted cheese, and even a glass of wine.”
“Healthy lifestyle is very important for me and my body is very used to it. When I eat sweets or alcohol I feel that my body is in a bad condition.”
Healthy eating alone is not enough, of course. Gwyneth Paltrow considers that resting and sleeping are crucial for health.
“7-8 hours of sleep per night is necessary. Sleeping plays one of the crucial role in building our health. It helps us recover and work. I want to tell the people who are trying to start a new diet to have a good sleeping schedule.”
Even though Gwyneth is trying to get healthy food, she thinks that the environment in which we live today is polluted and we often eat bad products, so some additional supplements are important to get.
Gwyneth, just like everyone, did not follow her diet during quarantine when the coronavirus was at its peak. She admitted that she ate unhealthy food and drank wine.
“I used to drink a huge amount of wine during the quarantine period, and this was happening 7 days per week, which is not good for health. I ate pasta along with alcohol, also melted cheese and fries. I know that such kinds of food are not good for our health, but there are days when we can’t say no to them. The most important thing is to not forget about our limits and realize when we are going beyond them.”
